Once you’ve approved the sample, we send you a fixed price for the job.

Plan for A few spare glasses for setup. Full terms come with the quote.
Collect & engrave

We collect your glass and engrave it to match the approved sample.

Turnaround Timing is agreed with you when you approve your sample. Rush on request.
Checked & returned

Every piece is checked and returned, ready for service.

No. We engrave single pieces, like a crystal decanter or a VIP gift, as well as large batches for a full venue or a group of venues.

Yes. The mark is engraved into the glass surface, not printed on it, so it doesn’t wash off.
